• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method — withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• VIPBD charges no transaction fees for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — charges from the mobile banking provider itself may still apply.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, VIPBD Identity verification may be requested, and withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent means cannot be withdrawn — in such cases, the entire balance will be confiscated and the account will be closed.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
